Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
NYWearAndGo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Returns & Exchanges
Return requests for eligible items must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Eligible returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in original condition, and with all original tags attached.
A 15% restocking fee applies to approved returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
